Key Responsibilities
- Environment Management Provision configure and maintain Pega DEV QA UAT environments
- Performance Monitoring Tuning Utilize monitoring tools eg Grafana Splunk ELF etc to analyze logs troubleshoot bottlenecks and optimize system performance Good understanding of PAL PLA tools
- Upgrades Security Apply Pega hotfixes patches and version upgrades while maintaining compliance and security standards
- Incident Management Respond to s troubleshoot application problems and perform root cause analysis
- Deploy Pega applications using Deployment Manager CICD
- Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments Manage product rules pipeline deployments and version upgrades
- Support schema upgrades and platform patching activities
- Monitor system health using PDC Pega Diagnostic Cloud
- Grafana Prometheus Azure Monitor CloudWatch
- Tune Node types web vs batch Thread pools agents queue processors Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Pega Expertise Deep knowledge of Pega Infinity software PRPC architecture and Application Server configuration
- Perform RCA for Node failures Queue processor issues Search indexing problems Stream Kafka failures
- Analyze logs Pega RULES logs Kubernetes pod logs Resolve environment and deployment issues quickly
- Cloud Proficiency Experience with Private AWS services GitHub Actions Docker OpenShift K8S with Cloud native best practices hands on experience in Azure AKS Azure Services
- Azure migration experience is an added advantage
- Automation Skills Experience with automation tools eg UNIX Shell Scripting Python Ansible
- Technical Knowledge Proficiency in Linux Java networking fundamentals and database management eg PostgreSQL Oracle
- Communication Strong collaborative skills for team projects and on call rotation participation

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
