• We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Management Professional with strong expertise in Coordination Analysis and Project Management
• The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end project delivery stakeholder engagement testing lifecycle coordination and business analysis activities within insurance transformation programs
• The candidate should possess hands-on experience in Cycle Testing Coordination defect governance release planning and cross functional team management
• Exposure to Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations enhancements or support projects is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities

• Project Program Management:
• Lead and coordinate multiple workstreams across business development testing and production support teams
• Track project milestones dependencies risks issues and action items
• Drive project governance meetings and provide executive level status reporting
• Ensure adherence to project schedules quality standards and delivery commitments
• Business Analysis:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
• Facilitate requirement workshops impact assessments and solution discussions
• Testing Coordination:
• Plan and coordinate end-to-end testing activities including SIT UAT Regression and Production Validation
• Manage test schedules defect triage meetings and release readiness reviews
• Work closely with QA business teams and technical teams to ensure defect resolution within SLAs
• Publish testing dashboards metrics and quality reports to leadership
• Stakeholder Management:
• Coordinate with client stakeholders’ business user’s product owners and technology teams
• Provide proactive communication on project progress risks and mitigation plans
• Facilitate decision-making through data driven insights and analysis
• Guidewire ClaimCenter Support Preferred:
• Participate in ClaimCenter enhancement implementation or maintenance initiatives
• Understand claims lifecycle processes and coordinate business and testing activities related to ClaimCenter modules
• Support requirement analysis and testing efforts involving ClaimCenter functionalities
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering technology business or related discipline
• 10 years of experience in Project Management Coordination or Business Analysis roles
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle SDLC and Testing Life Cycle STLC
• Proven experience managing largescale testing cycles and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience working with distributed global teams

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
