The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing understanding and supporting the project on various functional areas and business processes pertaining to Agribusiness and Food Processing industry The ideal candidate will have a strong background in one or more of the following domains Order to Cash Procure to Pay Production Planning Manufacturing Plant Operations Supply Chain Planning Warehouse Management Inventory Management Transportation Management Distribution Management 3PL Logistics Network Hire to Retire Statutory Legal Regulatory Compliance Commodity Trading Risk Management Financial Planning Accounting Experience in any Applications Platforms and Systems pertaining to these domains would be an advantage The candidate should be able to translate complex data into actionable insights
Key Responsibilities include
- Conduct thorough analysis of value chain processes related to the domain
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and provide analytical support
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of processes and suggest best practices
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Stay updated with industry standards regulations and compliances as appropriate
- Identify the nuances and differences in the processes across multiple geographies
- Exhibit proficiency in basic data analysis
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
