Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)
Primary Skill - HRSD
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience of ServiceNow development and configuration preferably within the HR Scoped application with a SNOW partner
- Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
- Working knowledge of consulting project management techniques methods
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Experience with complex integrations preferably between HR Payroll Time and Attendance Workday preferred
- Experience with setting up Virtual agent and configuration changes is a must and knowledge on Integration hub is a plus
- Experience with JavaScript JSON Java and API programming strongly desired
- Experience with SQL NoSQL and Relational Database development desired
- Experience with test driven development agile practices and tools desired
- Knowledge of all phases of system development lifecycle including production support
- Strong analytical skills interpretive and evaluative skills
- Strong organizational skills across multiple threads of work streams
- Outstanding documentation presentation and interpersonal skills
- Creative and resourceful approach to the business and an ability to think and deliver creative value-added solutions to clients
- Must be service oriented team player work independently
- Must be able to work flexible hours including support on release weekend
- Proven analytical data analysis organization and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse project portfolio
- Consistently passionate for research ideation and exploration with understanding of business analysis procedures and concepts
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team with understanding of how collaboration accomplishes objectives

Salary : $86,031 - $113,900
