This is a full-time, on-site Sales Agent role based in Ferndale, MI. The Sales Agent will engage directly with potential and current clients to promote and sell LTM’s products and services. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires coordination with internal teams to align on customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive sales outcomes.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and meet or exceed targets
- Basic understanding of the Insurance industry and how it relates to customer solutions
- Experience with Training clients or internal teams to improve product understanding and usage
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
