Senior Specialist - Business Analysis

Role description

• Looking for a Vertafore AIM experienced candidate If not Vertafore then good experience in any other AIM (Agency Information Manager) would be fine
• Configuring AIM for policy administration and accounting workflows
• Supporting MGA systems and integration with other Vertafore products
• Handson experience with Vertafore AIM administration configuration or support
• Familiarity with insurance domain workflows and MGA operations
• Provide day-to-day support for Vertafore AIM and related platforms
• Troubleshoot user issues manage support tickets and escalate complex problems to vendor or internal teams
• Configure AIM for client workflows including policy upload document management and accounting processes

Technical Skills (Secondary, Nice to have):

• Diagnose and resolve performance issues e.g., lock contention deadlocks
• Conduct baselining KPI measurement and regression avoidance strategies during migrations onPrem to cloud
• Create user guides conduct UAT and deliver training sessions for end-users
• Maintain a knowledge base for recurring issues and resolutions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of SQL system diagnostics and performance tuning
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Benefits
Compensation range: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
