Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience proficient in Snowflake and DBT to design and optimize data pipelines and models
Job Description
Utilize expertise in Snowflake and DBT to develop and maintain scalable ELT pipelines Build efficient and optimized data models to support business analytics and reporting needs Apply best practices in SQL transformations and modular code development using DBT Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data scientists analysts and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Implement data quality governance and security standards across all data workflows Leverage cloud platforms and tools for deploying and managing data infrastructure Continuously monitor and optimize Snowflake performance through advanced techniques such as clustering partitioning and indexing Maintain comprehensive documentation related to data architecture pipeline design and operational procedures
Roles and Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain ELT pipelines using Snowflake and DBT Build and optimize data models in Snowflake to support analytics and reporting Implement modular and testable SQL transformations using DBT Integrate DBT workflows into CICD pipelines and manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform Automate data ingestion and transformation workflows using orchestration tools like Airflow Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and data quality issues Collaborate with data scientists analysts and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs Ensure data governance security and compliance across all pipelines Maintain uptodate documentation for data architecture pipelines and operational processes

Compensation range: $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
