Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic professional who can bridge the gap between Master Data Management MDM and Data Analytics The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity across systems implementing MDM strategies and delivering actionable insights through data analysis to support business decisions
Key Responsibilities
MDM Consultant Duties
Design implement and maintain MDM solutions across domains Customer Product Vendor etc
Collaborate with business and IT teams to define data governance policies and standards
Perform data profiling cleansing and enrichment to ensure highquality master data
Manage data hierarchies taxonomies and metadata
Support integration of MDM with ERP CRM and other enterprise systems
Monitor and resolve data quality issues and ensure compliance with data governance frameworks
Data Analyst Duties
Collect clean and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI Tableau or Excel
Identify trends patterns and anomalies to support strategic decisions
Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver insights
Automate data workflows and reporting processes where possible
Present findings in a clear and compelling manner to technical and nontechnical audiences
Required Skills Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Information Systems or related field
3 years of experience in MDM and data analytics roles
Proficiency in SQL PythonR and data visualization tools
Experience with MDM platforms eg Informatica MDM SAP MDG Oracle MDM
Strong understanding of data governance data quality and metadata management
Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms Azure AWS GCP
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
Certification in MDM or data analytics tools is a plus
