How You’ll Achieve It

• Follow up with every lead across phone, email, and online platforms
• Walk your community weekly to stay connected and identify opportunities for improvement
• Respond quickly to resident questions or concerns, resolving issues as quick as possible
• Be a team player who helps foster a culture of positivity and professionalism, setting the standard for resident relationships

• Ability to walk the property regularly and engage with residents/prospects in person.
