Description
Tarantino Properties is seeking a Leasing Specialist (Student Housing) to oversee an apartment community located in South Houston.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors
- Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue
- Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew
- Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email
- Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects
- Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or sales experience preferred
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Onesite Software experience preferred
- Lease-up experience preferred
- Social media savvy marketing experience is a plus
