• Respond quickly to resident questions or concerns, resolving issues as quick as possible

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish at properties where a significant portion of residents and prospects primarily speak Spanish.
• Ability to walk the property regularly and engage with residents/prospects in person.
• Commitment to fair housing compliance, accuracy in documentation, and excellent time management.
• Leasing or customer service experience is not required, but preferred. However, your drive and attitude are what set you apart.
