- Strong financials: Collections and reconciliations are accurate and timely.
- Safe, vibrant environments: Properties are well-maintained, pristine, and welcoming.
- Oversee daily property operations from cleanliness and safety to vendor coordination and inspections.
- Lead and develop your team, providing clear direction, coaching, and accountability.
- Maintain accurate and organized records by reviewing leases, move-out reconciliations, renewals, and financial documentation.
- Support leasing and resident relations through collaboration and applying your experience, ensuring all communications are timely and professional.
- Manage collections and deposits in alignment with our financial policies.
- Walk the property daily to ensure safety, curb appeal, and maintenance standards are met.
- Uphold compliance across housing paperwork, audits, and reporting to ownership or lenders.

- Compensation for this role is aligned with the scope and responsibilities of a community manager position. While regional management experience is valued, compensation for this position reflects the responsibilities at the community level and should not be expected to match regional-level pay.
