Part-Time Deli/Bakery Associate

Role Overview: This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli and bakery products to ensure quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. The role contributes to store profitability and adheres to safety and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce bakery/deli items according to plans and schedules.
• Package, label, and merchandise products per guidelines.
• Stock backroom with rotating, dated products.
• Collaborate with other departments to support store growth.
• Notify management when supplies need replenishing.
• Follow safety, food safety, and guest experience protocols.
• Assist in tasks across departments as needed.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents.
• Basic math skills.
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
  
  

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform bending and twisting. Work environment includes varied temperatures and moderate noise levels.
