Part-Time Deli/Bakery Associate

Role: This position involves preparing, packaging, and stocking deli and bakery products independently to support store operations and contribute to financial success. It ensures compliance with safety, food safety, and guest experience standards while collaborating with team members to achieve growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, produce, package, and merchandise bakery and deli items according to plans and expectations.
• Stock backroom inventory, rotate, and date products.
• Communicate with team members regarding tasks, recipes, and cleaning procedures.
• Follow safety, food safety, PPE, and guest experience guidelines.
• Assist other departments as needed and notify managers of supply needs.
• Perform basic math and maintain attention to detail.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of related retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and perform basic math.
• Detail-oriented with physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, bend, and operate in varied temperatures.
