Order Selector - Full Time

Role Overview: Responsible for completing customer orders by selecting products from warehouse racks, assembling, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping pallets. Operates powered industrial equipment and may work in dry, refrigerated, or freezer areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate, lift, and handle cases, boxes, and pallets of various grocery and produce items.
• Use order sheets or audio headsets to fulfill orders accurately.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment by conducting safety inspections.
• Report damaged products, quality issues, or low stock items.
• Apply proper wrapping techniques to prevent product damage.
• Follow safety policies and instructions, working in multi-temperature environments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in order selecting and operating industrial equipment is advantageous.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance, and perform tasks involving walking, standing, crouching, bending, and reaching.
• Comfort working in varying temperature conditions and moderate to high noise levels.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
  
  

Physical & Work Environment: Must frequently handle physical tasks, operate equipment, and work in warehouse environments with temperature fluctuations and noise. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime is required.
