Full-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview: Serve as a Cashier and/or Stocker with lead responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Focus on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting store operations to maximize profitability and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload trucks, receive, open, and unpack cartons following store procedures.
• Stock, rotate, face merchandise, and build displays; restock returned items.
• Assist with plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance.
• Help customers locate merchandise and provide superior service.
• Operate cash register, handle transactions, collect payments, and assist with bagging.
• Maintain cleanliness of store, including floors, restrooms, and stockroom; manage trash and recycling.
• Set up sidewalk displays and ensure a clean, organized shopping environment.
• In the absence of managers, authorize refunds, oversee cash handling, perform bank deposits, and monitor security activities.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to operate cash registers, attention to detail in stock management, and basic security awareness. Capable of following company policies, working independently, and assuming leadership duties when required.
