Full-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview: This position involves acting as a Cashier and/or Stocker while providing leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. The role focuses on ensuring efficient store operations, maintaining merchandise displays, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, rotate and face products, and assist with plan-o-gram implementation.
• Help customers locate items and maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Operate cash register, handle transactions, and assist with setting up displays.
• In the absence of managers, authorize refunds, monitor cash levels, and ensure cash control and security procedures are followed.
• Complete necessary documentation and maintain store safety protocols.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong math skills for calculations and cash handling procedures.
• Experience with cash registers and understanding of safety and security policies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and follow merchandise presentation guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent; supervisory experience preferred.
