Role: Senior Automotive Technician
Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently, perform complex repairs, explain diagnoses to customers and team members, recommend necessary services, document all work accurately, adhere to safety protocols, and work flexible schedules including weekends. Follow repair standards and company policies.
Qualifications: Prior automotive experience or ASE certifications, proficiency with diagnostic tools, valid driver’s license, high school diploma or equivalent, and technical training preferred.
Skills: Strong diagnostic and repair skills, ability to communicate technical information clearly, physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 70 lbs, and work in varying environmental conditions. Must demonstrate proper use of tools and safety equipment.
