Responsibilities
- Design and review overhead and underground electric distribution systems from 4kV through 138kV.
- Develop construction and permitting packages.
- Perform engineering calculations and technical analyses.
- Coordinate with utility stakeholders to support project requirements.
- Provide engineering support during construction.
- Analyze and support resolution of electrical outages.
- Conduct field work and site visits in addition to office-based engineering.
- Strong power distribution engineering knowledge across the 4kV–138kV range.
- Ability to produce and review engineering documentation for permitting and construction.
- Proficiency in performing engineering calculations and interpreting results.
- Effective stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to balance office and field responsibilities, including occasional overnight travel.
