Instructor — Computer Architecture & Systems Fundamentals

Deliver structured, hands-on instruction covering computer architecture, operating systems, and basic networking to prepare young adults for entry-level technology roles and further education.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and facilitate practical labs and coursework aligned to the curriculum.
• Adapt instruction based on learner needs and performance.
• Assess progress and provide constructive coaching and feedback.
• Maintain a supportive, mission-driven, equity-focused learning environment.
• Collaborate with program staff and employer partners to keep training relevant to workforce needs.
  
  

Required qualifications & skills: Strong knowledge of computer architecture, operating systems, and foundational networking; ability to teach, assess, coach, and effectively communicate with diverse learners.
