Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch - We have a 86 day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be successful Realtor in today's market. The average agent pends or closes 3.4 transactions during this time.
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments - certifications to up skill and productivity rhythms each month.
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards - Morning Power-Up for Teams.
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call - We are always bettering our skills. We treat this as a career and take it seriously.
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
- Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology

Salary : $50,000 - $120,000
