SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Be the voice. Tell the story. Fill the seats.
Lost Boy Dry Goods · Tropezon · Brother’s Keeper Bar · Fox’s Lounge
Miami, FL | Full-Time | On-Site
The Opportunity
Lost Boy & Co. is looking for a fun and creative team member to drive and manage our social media accounts. If you live on Instagram, dream in Reels, obsess over captions, and think “content calendar” sounds like a fun career for you — keep reading.
What You’ll Actually Do
Own the Feed
Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook across all four venues. Build a distinct voice for each while keeping the group cohesive.
Create & Shoot
Photograph, film, and edit content in-house. From perfectly lit flat lays to raw behind-the-bar Reels — you’re the creative director on location.
Grow the Numbers
Track analytics, monitor trends, run paid social campaigns, and report on what’s working. Gut feelings are great; data backs them up.
Build Community
Engage with followers, respond to DMs and comments, coordinate influencer partnerships, and help drive real reservations and foot traffic.
Your Day-to-Day Hit List
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars for all four venues
- Shoot and edit photo video content on-site and coordinate with other photographers
- Write copy that sounds like a real human, not a press release
- Collaborate with our chefs and bar teams to hype new menus, specials & events
- Manage paid social budgets and optimize ad performance
- Identify and outreach to Miami-based micro-influencers and content creators
- Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions across all platforms — daily
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and trending audio / formats
- Pull weekly analytics reports and present insights to ownership
- Coordinate with local press, event partners, and PR when needed
You Might Be Our Person If…
- You have 2–4 years of experience managing social media for hospitality, food & bev, lifestyle, or a brand you’re genuinely proud of
- You can shoot on your phone and make it look intentional (iPhone or Android — we don’t gatekeep)
- You understand the difference between Instagram aesthetics and TikTok energy — and you can do both
- You’re fluent in Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar scheduling tools
- You’ve run paid social campaigns and understand CPM, CTR, and ROAS without Googling them
- You write captions people actually read — not just post and ghost
- You’re comfortable working evenings and weekends (yes, that means being on-site during the fun parts)
- Miami food and nightlife culture isn’t just your job — it’s your actual scene
- ✨ Bonus: Basic video editing in CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve
- ✨ Bonus: Bilingual English/Spanish — Miami is Miami, after all
The Vibe

You’ll have creative freedom, a seat at the table, and access to some of the best food and drinks in Miami. In return, we just ask that you show up, stay curious, and never post a blurry photo.”

- Creative freedom and a real voice in brand direction
- Flexible schedule with PTO
- Content gear provided
