The unsung heroes of every great shift.

At Tropezon, the magic you see on the floor is made possible by the team behind it. Our FOH support staff — bussers, food runners, and barbacks — are the engine that keeps service humming. Without you, tables don't get cleared, food doesn't land hot, and drinks don't get made.

We're looking for people who take pride in being excellent at the fundamentals. No job is too small when the goal is making every guest's night unforgettable.

ROLE 01

Busser / Table Support

The backbone of a smooth service. Keep tables clean, guests comfortable, and the floor moving at pace.

— Clear and reset tables quickly between turns

— Refill water and bread service

— Assist servers with running food and drinks

— Keep the dining room clean throughout service

ROLE 02

Food Runner

You're the link between the kitchen and the guest. Fast, accurate, and always with a smile.

— Deliver food from kitchen to tables promptly

— Confirm dish accuracy before leaving the pass

— Communicate delays or modifications to servers

— Keep the expo area clean and organized

ROLE 03

Barback

The bartenders can't do it without you. Stock, prep, and hustle so the bar never misses a beat.

— Restock beer, spirits, wine, and mixers

— Keep bar area clean and fully prepped

— Cut garnishes and prep ingredients

— Assist with glass washing and bar breakdown

ROLE 04

General FOH Support

Can do a little of everything? We love that. Flexible team players who fill gaps and keep the floor solid.

— Pitch in wherever the floor needs support

— Work alongside servers, hosts, and bar staff

— Be the teammate everyone counts on

— Ideal for those who want to learn every corner of the restaurant

• A strong work ethic — you don't wait to be told what to do, you see what needs doing and do it
• Physical stamina — you're on your feet all night and that's totally fine with you
• Team-first attitude — ego stays at the door, hustle comes in with you
• Ability to move quickly in a busy environment without losing composure
• Reliable and punctual — the team counts on you showing up ready
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to hustle matters more
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
