Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with deep hands on experience in Lightning Web Components LWC and Apex to support the design development and optimization of large scale Salesforce applications. This role requires strong technical capabilities the ability to produce clean and efficient code and the confidence to participate in live client coding evaluations. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Maters Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10 Years of Relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components LWC with ability to implement UI coding for real world scenarios
- Deep expertise in Apex including
- Triggers signalment object bulks afe patterns
- Apex Classes
- Batch Apex
- Queueable Apex
- Future Methods
- Ability to perform live coding tests in LWC and Apex during client evaluations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model best practices governor limits and security model GoodtoHave Skills
- Experience with AgentForce an added advantage
- Knowledge of AIrelated capabilities within Salesforce ecosystem
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud and data unification concepts
- Familiarity with modern DevOps tooling GitHub CICD pipelines
- Understanding of enterprise CRM processes in sales service or marketing clouds
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
