Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead / Senior Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration design. The ideal candidate will have extensive consulting experience, the ability to independently deliver complex technical solutions, and strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and guide development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions in a consulting environment.
• Develop high‑quality Apex code, including multi-object triggers, bulkified logic, and governor limit optimization.
• Design efficient business logic using Maps, Lists, Collections, and optimized SOQL/SOSL queries.
• Deliver complex Lightning Web Components (LWC) solutions independently and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Implement secure, scalable integrations using multiple Apex integration design patterns.
• Ensure robust Salesforce data modeling, sharing rules configuration, and multi-object security architecture.
• Contribute to and improve Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipeline practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards, best practices, and reusable design patterns.

Required Qualifications

• 6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in consulting or enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, integrations, and Salesforce security architecture.
• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-object customizations and integrations.
• Thorough understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing, and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 2–3 integration design patterns for large-scale Apex integrations.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or higher.
• Industry domain exposure in Banking, Financial Services, or Wealth Management.
• Exposure to AI technologies and AI-driven Salesforce integrations.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 100,000.00 - 130,000.00

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
