Key Responsibilities
- Research grant opportunities at the federal, state, and local level
- Identify funding related to reentry, housing, mental health, and community programs
- Track deadlines, requirements, and eligibility criteria
- Build and maintain a structured grant pipeline (Zoho or shared system)
- Organize opportunities by priority and readiness
- Share consistent updates with the team on new opportunities
- Experience with grant research or nonprofit funding (preferred)
- Strong online research and organizational skills
- Ability to track and manage multiple opportunities
- Familiarity with grants.gov or similar platforms (a plus)
- Interest in housing, reentry, or social impact work
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Strong research mindset
- Interest in building systems and processes
- Hands-on experience in nonprofit funding strategy
