What are the responsibilities and job description for the Unit Manager position at LongTerm Healthcare Facility?
Our Facility is currently looking for a Full-time RN/LPNUnit Manager. Must be licensed RN/LPN in good standing. The Unit Manager will manage all aspects, including supervision of the clinical team and coordination of ancillary services.
Hours Available: Full- time and Part-time:
Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Ensures all unit staff provides quality delivery of care and a high level of customer service to all residents, visitors, peers and vendors.
- Provides RN level treatments. Assists with new admissions.
- Makes routine rounds, assesses residents’ needs and changes in status.
- Reviews and investigates incident reports.
- Engages with resident families to address concerns and issues.
- Provides mentoring, guidance, and teaches staff as necessary.
