Key Responsibilities
- The Maintenance Director manages the maintenance team, ensuring that all staff are properly trained and compliant with safety policies and procedures
- Responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing preventative maintenance programs, as well as addressing any urgent repair needs that arise
- Ensures the facility complies with all federal, state and local regulations, including Life Safety Code compliance, including safety drills and training on emergency procedures
- Prepare and manage maintenance budget, ensuring htat all expenditures are within budgetary limits
- Oversee the general upkeep of the facility, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and other mechanical systems, ensuring that everything operates efficiently and safely
Key Skills and Qualifications
