At Long-Lewis Ford of Muscle Shoals, we’re expanding one of the region’s fastest-growing Mobile Service Divisions, and we’re looking for a professional, detail-oriented, and driven Mobile Service Advisor to be the critical connection between our customers and technicians.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively make outbound calls to schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Handle inbound service inquiries with confidence, professionalism, and product knowledge
- Coordinate mobile service visits between customers and technicians
- Clearly communicate timelines, service updates, and next steps to customers
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences with every interaction
- Keep detailed records and contribute to efficient service operations
