We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a* Full or Part-Time Facilities Maintenance Technician*. In this essential role, you will help ensure our dealership remains clean, safe, and fully functional for both customers and staff.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a proactive attitude, and can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners as needed
- Perform light maintenance duties and minor repairs throughout the facility
- Identify and promptly report safety hazards, maintenance needs, or supply shortages to management
- Maintain janitorial equipment and ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and in good working order
- Refill restroom and breakroom supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.)
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and general cleanup as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general maintenance preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and climbing
- Strong attention to detail with good time management and organizational skills
- Dependable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
