Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the concession stand.
- Cook & serve hot food.
- Ensure all equipment and space is properly cleaned/maintained.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and training on hygiene and food safety protocols.
- Use Shopify POS system.
- Perform daily cash handling, including register balancing and deposit preparation.
