Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of pricing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
- Review and oversee pricing requests, contract updates, and pricing adjustments to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
- Manage workload distribution and prioritize team activities to meet service-level expectations and business deadlines.
- Escalate and resolve complex pricing issues by collaborating with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Monitor pricing operations to ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and approval processes.
- Analyze pricing data, trends, and operational performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management review.
- Support implementation of pricing initiatives, business programs, and process enhancements designed to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead special projects related to pricing administration, process optimization, and data quality improvements.
- Partner with sales, finance, and other departments to support customer pricing strategies and business growth objectives.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure data accuracy across pricing systems and documentation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant business experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, contract administration, sales operations, or a related business function.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business applications.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with pricing systems, CRM platforms, ERP systems, reporting tools, or business intelligence applications is preferred.
