Well-established general contractor with a strong pipeline of industrial work is seeking a Superintendent to oversee field operations on warehouse and distribution projects throughout the PA/NJ region. This role is based in the Greater Philadelphia area and will involve travel depending on project location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day field operations on ground-up warehouse and distribution center projects
- Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and project scheduling
- Coordinate all on-site activities including sitework, concrete, and building systems installation
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain a strong jobsite culture
- Partner closely with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors to keep projects on track
- Monitor progress and drive schedule milestones through completion
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Superintendent experience with a GC
- Strong background in industrial / warehouse / distribution projects
- Experience with ground-up construction and sitework
- Ability to manage subcontractors and run a jobsite independently
- Solid understanding of plans, specifications, and scheduling
- Willingness to travel throughout PA and NJ as needed
