- Review contracts and agreements to ensure correct billing terms
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client issues quickly
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to support smooth operations
- Maintain organized records and assist with audits or reporting as needed
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue accounts
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
