Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Identify, secure, and grow corporate partnerships and fundraising opportunities.
• Create customized sponsorship packages, activation programs, and partnership proposals.
• Manage partner relationships from initial outreach through activation and renewal.
• Oversee fulfillment of sponsorship commitments, hospitality assets, and event activations.
• Track sales activity, revenue forecasts, partnership performance, and reporting metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams, event stakeholders, and community partners to maximize partnership value.
• Represent the organization at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
• Support strategic growth initiatives and identify new revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
• 3 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, business development, fundraising, sports, events, hospitality, or related industries.
• Proven success generating revenue and building strategic partnerships.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing partnership proposals, sponsorship packages, and activation strategies.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
