Maintenance Technician

As part of our continued growth, we are looking to add a dedicated Maintenance Technician to our team in Pine Island and Dodge Center, MN!

This position will have you responsible for maintaining the physical asset of multi-family housing properties.

Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Building systems maintenance
• Unit repairs and reconditioning
• Drywall repairs
• Painting
• Minor plumbing work
• Minor electrical work
• Grounds care and snow removal

• The posted pay range for our staff in this position is from entry level to fully independent and proficient in the role. The candidate selected will be offered a wage applicable to their background and skill set as aligned to our business.

Requirements

• Maintenance or repair experience, preferably in property management preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to handle confidential information
• Available for after hour emergencies as needed
