- Perform electrical repairs and installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair various systems within the facility.
- Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic quality.
- Weld components as required for structural integrity and repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inspections.
- Lead small teams on specific projects or during peak maintenance periods, demonstrating leadership skills.
- Use tools such as an ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
