As part of our continued growth, we are looking to add a dedicated Part Time Maintenance Technician to our team in the Montevideo area!
This position will have you responsible for maintaining the physical asset of multi-family housing properties.
Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Building systems maintenance
- Unit repairs and reconditioning
- Drywall repairs
- Painting
- Minor plumbing work
- Minor electrical work
- Grounds care and snow removal

- The posted pay range for our staff in this position is from entry level to fully independent and proficient in the role. The candidate selected will be offered a wage applicable to their background and skill set as aligned to our business.
Requirements
- Maintenance or repair experience, preferably in property management preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to handle confidential information
- Available for after hour emergencies as needed
