In this role, you'll work closely with department leads and project managers to keep projects organized, schedules aligned, and timelines moving forward. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with multiple teams to coordinate information and ensure everyone is working toward the same goals.
Essential Job Functions:
- Work directly with department leads to develop and maintain a master project schedule
- Coordinate with project managers to establish and monitor project timelines
- Track project progress and identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays
- Communicate with department leads and project managers to ensure timelines are realistic and achievable
- Maintain accurate scheduling and project information
- Help coordinate priorities across multiple departments and projects
- Follow up on deadlines, outstanding items, and schedule changes
- Provide updates to leadership regarding project status and scheduling
- Assist with improving scheduling and coordination processes
- Ensure information is accurate, organized, and communicated to the appropriate teams
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and project managers
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify potential issues before they become problems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Previous experience in project coordination, scheduling, data coordination, or a related field is preferred
