Position Overview
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers, generating qualified opportunities, and supporting the company's continued growth. This role serves as a critical part of the sales organization and offers significant professional development opportunities within a fast-paced technology environment.
This position is well-suited for individuals who are naturally driven, resilient, and comfortable engaging business owners and decision-makers through outbound outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Identify and qualify potential customers that align with LiveSwitch's target market
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records and activity within CRM systems
- Develop a strong understanding of LiveSwitch's platform and value proposition
- Collaborate with sales leadership to execute strategic outreach initiatives
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and performance expectations
What We're Looking For
Qualified candidates will typically possess:
- Prior experience in sales, business development, customer service, recruiting, or another client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
