What You'll Be
- DoingProactively identify and engage top talent across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership posi
- tions.Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, industry communities, university partnerships, and direct out
- reach.Conduct candidate discovery calls and assess talent beyond what is written on a r
- esume.Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach passive candi
- dates.Partner directly with leadership to anticipate hiring needs before openings
- occur.Build and maintain recruiting campaigns that consistently generate high-quality candi
- dates.Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve sourcing effectiv
- eness.Strengthen LiveSwitch's employer brand through recruiting content, social media, and talent marketing initia
tives.
What We're Look
