Role:
ICU Registered Nurse (Part-Time, Day Shift)
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards.
- Lead and support the healthcare team, integrating patient-centered care principles.
- Assess psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs of patients and families.
- Develop and implement individualized care, treatment, and discharge plans.
- Conduct hourly patient rounds to enhance communication, safety, and anticipate needs.
- Ensure a patient-friendly environment and promote safety at all times.
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Current Nevada nursing license.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Preferably, one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in acute care.
- Handle with Care certification or willingness to obtain within six months.
