We are seeking a

Registered Nurse (RN)

for a full-time role on our

Medical/Telemetry Unit

, providing

safe, compassionate, patient-centered care

in a

hospital setting

Key responsibilities include

• Assessing patients' psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs
• Developing and implementing personalized care plans
• Coordinating interdisciplinary care and discharge planning
• Conducting purposeful hourly rounds to enhance safety and communication
• Collaborating with patients' care partners to meet varied needs
• Following communication protocols like SBAR to ensure seamless care transitions

Qualifications include

• Graduation from an accredited RN program
• Current Nevada nursing license
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least one year of acute care experience or three years part-time
