In this role, you will
- provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered care
- assess psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs of patients and families
- develop and implement individualized care plans, treatment, and discharge goals
- perform hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and patient comfort
- collaborate with care teams and family partners to meet patient needs
- follow communication protocols like SBAR to ensure safe transitions of care
- graduation from an accredited RN program
- current Nevada nursing license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- at least one year of experience in an acute care setting
