We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role on the Medical/Telemetry Unit.
Key responsibilities include assessing patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs; developing and implementing individualized care plans; coordinating interdisciplinary care; conducting purposeful hourly rounds to enhance safety and communication; collaborating with care partners to address educational and emotional needs; and utilizing SBAR communication to ensure safe handoffs.
Qualifications include graduation from an accredited RN program, current Nevada nursing license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting.
Skills required are compassionate patient-centered care, strong communication, teamwork, and safety focus.
