Role: ICU Registered Nurse (Part-Time)

- Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards.
- Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
- Incorporate Patient Centered Care principles into all aspects of nursing practice.
- Assess patients’ psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care, treatment, and discharge plans.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans and collaborate with team members.
- Conduct purposeful hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and anticipate patient needs.
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Current Nevada nursing license.
- Valid ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Preferably one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting.
- Handle with Care certification or willingness to obtain within six months.
- Compassion, empathy, teamwork, commitment to quality, ethics, respect, service excellence, and innovation.
- Ability to deliver patient-centered, personalized clinical care.
