Role Overview:

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans.
• Deliver safe, effective care following policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
• Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
