Registered Nurse (RN) - Neuro ICU

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans.
• Deliver safe, effective care following policies and procedures.
• Advocate for patients and communicate with families and staff.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional competence, licenses, and certifications.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Required certifications: BLS and RN licensure.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
