Key responsibilities include:
- Providing safe, compassionate, patient-centered care by assessing psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and cultural needs.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans, coordinating interdisciplinary treatment, and discharge planning.
- Performing hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and meet patient needs proactively.
- Collaborating with patients and families to address educational, physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
- Following communication protocols like SBAR to ensure safe handoffs and care transitions.
- Graduate of an accredited RN program with an active Nevada nursing license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of one year full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills.
