Role: Float Pool Registered Nurse providing compassionate patient care across multiple units within an acute care hospital.
Responsibilities: Conduct bedside reports, perform comprehensive assessments including pediatric to geriatric patients, utilize triage for timely care, monitor cardiac rhythms, and communicate clinical changes to physicians. Must respond swiftly to patient condition changes and adjust care accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills: Current NV nursing license, BLS & ACLS certifications, PALS within six months, and at least two years of critical care experience in ED, ICU, or PACU. Ability to perform head-to-toe assessments and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Duties: Provide direct and indirect patient care, evaluate outcomes, consult specialists, and perform general nursing duties in all departments with supervision. Flexibility to float to all units required.
